Our Basic service is a fantastic addition to your weekly or bi-weekly schedule; keeping your house in order and your mind at ease. Also great for a quick clean before guests arrive. Starts and $110.00

We recommend this to our clients starting out with a home cleaning service or any recurring service. It basically gets your home to a great starting off point, then keeps it there, giving you an unbelievable feeling of comfort knowing a lot of the chores are already done for you when you arrive home.

-When booking a Move-in or Move-out clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 5 of the 12 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, spot wall wipe, and baseboard detailing. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

AirBnB/Vacation Rental Clean

-Trash taken weekly/curbside.
-Walk-around damage report taken and emailed.
This is a complete turn=around service for 1 or multiple vacation properties. We take care of everything for you, and send you a damage report within 24 hours of completion.
We will honor special requests with an additional fee.
This service is available for AirBnB and vacation rental properties only.

Inside Refrigerator

Cleaning and sanitizing the interior of the refrigerator and freezer, including shelves and drawers. The refrigerator must be empty,
Tile and Grout

Deep and thorough cleaning of a bathroom or kitchen's dirty grout. No tile or grout replacement.
Interior Windows
$7 each
Covers interior glass, sill, frame of the window. Charged per window. Windows over 6 ft in height are a separate charge.
Inside Oven

Deep cleaning of the oven interior using industrial-strength non-toxic cleaners to remove grease and burnt food.
Inside Cabinets

Complete clean and wipe down of interior of all cabinets. Must be empty.
Sliding Glass/Patio Door

Cleaning inside/outside of any glass doors or window (excludes exterior) over 6ft in height. Choose quantity.
Finished Attic/Basement/Garage-1 car

Cleaning and tidying of the basement, attic (finished only), or garage, (1 car). Includes vacuuming or sweeping, dusting, mopping, general cleaning, etc. 800 square ft max. To select a larger car-garage, pick "extra car" service.
Baseboards

Thorough detailing and wet wipe of all baseboards.
Patio/Balcony Cleaning

Quick organizing, sweeping, and washing down of patio. 250 sq. ft max.
Hand-Detailed Blinds

Complete detaling and wipe-down of each blind. Price is per set
Pet Odor Removal
$15 per room
Odor removal caused by pet urine, etc in carpet or rugs. Per room.
Organization
$50/hr
Need help organizing a room or completing a project? Our team is great at it! They work quickly and efficiently to accomplish every task. Price is per hour for each Technician.
Laundry Service
$10 per load
Washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry, including bed linens and personal clothing. Price is per load. Only available during scheduled cleaning service. 2 loads per visit unless previously arranged.
